Terms & Conditions
Last updated · 29 July 2026
These terms cover your use of Techarbor Enterprise's websites, software and goods, including techarborzm.com and passmypmp.com. By creating an account or buying from us, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Techarbor Enterprise, a business registered in Zambia, trading from Shop 58, Oasis Mall, Dedan Kimathi Road, Lusaka. Contact: [email protected], +260 977 688 556.
2. What we provide
- Business software — inventory and point-of-sale tools, on a paid subscription after a free trial
- PassMyPMP — exam preparation, sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access
- Hardware — laptops, accessories and related equipment
Software is provided as a service. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the term of your subscription, or, for lifetime access, for as long as we operate that service. You do not own the software or its content.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account — tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Accounts are for one person or one business unless your plan says otherwise. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or credentials. You must be 18 or have a guardian's consent.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed by Broadpay Zambia and Flutterwave; by paying, you also accept the relevant processor's terms.
If you pay by mobile money, your payment is collected in Zambian Kwacha. The Kwacha amount is converted from the USD price by our payment processor at the exchange rate applying when you pay, and is shown to you at checkout before you confirm. Because rates move, the Kwacha amount for the same USD price will not be identical from one day to the next.
If you pay by card, you are charged in USD. If your bank converts that to another currency, its rate and any fees are between you and your bank.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel first. We tell you before a renewal is charged, and we give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects your renewal. If a payment fails we may suspend access until it succeeds.
One-time purchases are charged once, with no renewal. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate that service. If we ever discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and let you export your records.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Prices include any Zambian taxes we must charge; import duties or taxes in your own country are yours to pay.
5. Delivery
Digital access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed, with details sent to your account email. If you have not received access within an hour, contact us.
Hardware is delivered within 1–3 business days in Lusaka and 3–7 business days elsewhere in Zambia, subject to stock and courier availability. These are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish our question bank, explanations, software or content; share credentials or scrape content in bulk; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; upload malicious code; use our services unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights; or disrupt the service for others.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this, without refund.
Where we identify or are notified of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, we cooperate with our payment processors, the card schemes and the relevant authorities, and may share transaction details with them for that purpose.
7. Your content
You own the data you put into our services. You give us permission to host, process and back it up so we can provide the service. We do not use your business data for anything else.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you upload, including personal data about your own customers or staff. Where you use our software to process other people's personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor.
8. Our content
All software, question banks, explanations, designs, text and trade marks are owned by Techarbor Enterprise or its licensors. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and will give notice where practical. We are not responsible for downtime caused by things outside our reasonable control, including internet, power, hosting or payment provider failures.
10. Exam results
PassMyPMP is study material. We do not guarantee that using it will help you pass any exam. Our questions are our own original work written against published exam content outlines — they are not real exam questions and are not endorsed by any certifying body. The PMP exam is set and marked solely by the Project Management Institute. PMP is a registered mark of PMI; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PMI.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Our services are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we do not warrant that the service will be error-free.
Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your access if you breach these terms, if payment is not received, or if the law requires it. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of anything you prepaid.
After termination you may ask us for an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
13. Third parties
Our services connect to payment processors, messaging platforms and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their availability or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
14. Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision, and we will notify account holders of material changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, and the courts of Zambia have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, both of us agree to try to resolve the matter in writing first.
16. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy together form the whole agreement between us.
