2. Description of Services Offered

Techarbor Enterprise provides cloud-based inventory, point-of-sale, and business management software through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. The platform helps businesses manage products, stock levels, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, users, reports, and related business operations.

We may also supply selected IT hardware and related business technology products where such products are offered for sale.

All services and products listed on our website are subject to availability, successful payment confirmation, applicable onboarding requirements, and any additional terms communicated at the point of sale.

3. Payments, Mobile Money, and Transaction Processing

Payments made on this website may be processed through BroadPay Zambia Limited and/or its supported payment partners, including mobile money, card payments, bank payments, and other approved payment channels.

By making a payment, the customer authorises Techarbor Enterprise and its payment processing partners to process the transaction securely for the purchase of the selected service or product.

Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, mobile money fees, bank charges, or card processing fees may apply where applicable. Such fees may be included in the total amount payable or displayed separately at checkout.

A payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the payment processor. Techarbor Enterprise reserves the right to delay service activation, order fulfilment, or delivery where payment confirmation is pending, failed, reversed, flagged, or subject to review.

4. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

A. SAAS SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DIGITAL SERVICES
Techarbor Enterprise provides software services digitally. Once a SaaS subscription has been activated or access has been granted, the service is considered delivered.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting customer support or using any available account cancellation option on the platform. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund for already activated, used, or partially used billing periods.

Refunds for SaaS services are generally not provided for change of mind, failure to use the service, partial use, unused time, user error, or failure by the customer to complete onboarding.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where there is a duplicate payment, failed service activation after successful payment, technical error attributable to Techarbor Enterprise, or any other valid reason accepted by Techarbor Enterprise.

B. HARDWARE AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For physical IT hardware or related products, returns may be accepted within seven (7) days of delivery where the item supplied is defective, damaged on arrival, materially different from what was ordered, or incorrectly supplied.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, serial numbers, labels, manuals, and proof of purchase. Items damaged through misuse, negligence, tampering, unauthorised repair, liquid damage, power surge, accidental damage, or customer mishandling will not qualify for return or refund.

C. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Hardware orders may be cancelled before dispatch or delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, the order will be treated under the return process.

SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled to prevent future billing, but already activated subscription periods are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Techarbor Enterprise.

D. REFUND METHOD AND TIMELINE
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, including mobile money or card payment channels supported by our payment processor.

Refunds will normally be initiated within three (3) to seven (7) Business Days after approval, inspection where applicable, and confirmation of the original transaction. Actual receipt of funds may depend on the payment provider, bank, mobile money operator, or card scheme.

Payment processing fees, mobile money charges, bank charges, card processing fees, delivery fees, setup fees, onboarding fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by Techarbor Enterprise.

E. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Techarbor Enterprise before initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Where a chargeback, reversal, or dispute is raised, Techarbor Enterprise may request supporting information from the customer, including proof of payment, order details, delivery confirmation, communication records, or evidence relating to the transaction.

Where a transaction is found to be fraudulent, unauthorised, abusive, or inconsistent with these policies, Techarbor Enterprise reserves the right to suspend access, cancel the order, restrict future purchases, or take further action as permitted by law.

5. Delivery and Order Fulfilment Policy

A. SAAS AND DIGITAL SERVICE DELIVERY
Access to the inventory management SaaS platform is normally provisioned immediately or within one (1) Business Day after successful payment confirmation, account verification, and completion of any required onboarding steps.

Login details, activation instructions, onboarding guidance, or account setup information may be provided via the platform, email, phone, WhatsApp, or other official support channels.

B. HARDWARE AND PHYSICAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
For hardware and physical products, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Lusaka deliveries: normally within two (2) to three (3) Business Days after successful payment confirmation.
- Deliveries outside Lusaka: normally within three (3) to seven (7) Business Days, depending on destination, courier availability, and logistics arrangements.
- Bulk, corporate, or enterprise orders: timelines may be agreed separately in a quotation, invoice, purchase order, or contract.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, incorrect delivery details, customer unavailability, public holidays, stock availability, payment verification delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

C. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY
Customers must provide accurate contact details, delivery addresses, and recipient information. Where delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer unavailability, refusal to receive the order, or delayed communication, additional delivery fees may apply.

D. PROOF OF DELIVERY
Techarbor Enterprise may require delivery confirmation, signature, electronic confirmation, photo confirmation, courier confirmation, or other reasonable proof that goods or services were delivered.

6. Payment Security and Customer Data Protection

Techarbor Enterprise is committed to protecting customer information and maintaining secure payment practices.

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment infrastructure, including BroadPay and its supported payment partners. Techarbor Enterprise does not intentionally store full card numbers, PINs, CVVs, mobile money PINs, or other sensitive payment authentication credentials on its website.

Customers must never share their PIN, OTP, password, card security code, or confidential payment credentials with Techarbor Enterprise staff or any third party.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect customer information, prevent unauthorised access, reduce fraud risk, and support secure transaction processing.

Where suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorised, or irregular activity is detected, Techarbor Enterprise may delay, suspend, cancel, or review the transaction and may request additional verification before fulfilling an order or activating a service.

7. Customer Support and Complaints Handling

Customers may contact Techarbor Enterprise for support, complaints, payment issues, refunds, cancellations, service activation, delivery follow-up, or account-related inquiries.

We undertake to respond to customer inquiries and issues within one (1) Business Day.

8. Fraud Prevention and Acceptable Use

Customers must not use this website, payment channels, or Techarbor Enterprise services for fraudulent, unauthorised, unlawful, abusive, or misleading transactions.

Techarbor Enterprise reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or investigate any order, subscription, payment, or account where fraud, unauthorised use, chargeback abuse, suspicious activity, regulatory concern, or violation of these policies is suspected.

Where required, Techarbor Enterprise may cooperate with payment processors, mobile money operators, banks, card schemes, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or other competent authorities in relation to suspicious or disputed transactions.
