Privacy Policy
Last updated · 29 July 2026
Techarbor Enterprise operates techarborzm.com and passmypmp.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do.
What you give us
- Name, email address and phone number when you register or order
- Business name and address where you use our business software or need an invoice
- Delivery address for hardware orders
- What you create in our products — your inventory and sales records, and your practice attempts, answers and scores
- Messages you send us
What we collect automatically
Our web servers and our content delivery provider (Cloudflare) record standard request information as a normal part of serving and securing the sites: your IP address, the browser user-agent your device sends, the page requested, the time, and the referring page.
On techarborzm.com, Meta Pixel also records page views for advertising measurement.
That is the extent of it. We do not run session recording, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
What we never collect
We never see or store your card number, expiry date, CVV, PIN or mobile money PIN. Those go directly to our payment processors and never reach our servers.
Why we use it
To run your account, deliver what you paid for, process payments and refunds, answer your questions, send account emails such as receipts and password resets, prevent fraud, improve our products, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and you can withdraw that at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it with:
Payment processors — your name, email, phone and transaction amount:
- Broadpay Zambia — mobile money and local cards on techarborzm.com
- Flutterwave — card payments including international cards, across our platforms
Each handles your payment details under its own policy and its PCI-DSS obligations.
Service providers:
- Hostinger — server hosting for techarborzm.com
- Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and cookieless traffic analytics on passmypmp.com
- Resend — transactional email on passmypmp.com
- Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google" on passmypmp.com
Others — our accountants or legal advisers, and any regulator or court where we are legally required. If our business is sold, customer data may transfer; we would tell you first.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Zambia. We require them to protect your data to a standard consistent with this policy.
Cookies
Our two sites differ, so here is what each actually does.
techarborzm.com uses session cookies for login and security, cookies that remember your preferences, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
passmypmp.com uses essential session cookies only — to keep you logged in and protect forms. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking. Traffic there is measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not profile individuals.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies will stop you logging in.
How long we keep it
- Accounts: while your account is active. Where you bought lifetime access, we keep your account and progress for as long as that access lasts — deleting it would remove what you paid for. Subscription accounts are kept for 12 months after closure so you can reactivate.
- Payment and invoice records: at least six years, as Zambian tax law requires.
- Support emails: around two years.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted admin access, separated databases between business customers, and regular backups. No system is completely secure. If a breach happens that is likely to affect you, we will tell you.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or export it, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email [email protected] or [email protected]. There is no charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Deletion is subject to records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
Children
Our services are not for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Tell us if you think we have, and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last revision, and we will notify account holders of anything that materially affects them.
